Our Customer Service Desk is located between Coles and Kmart, with the team available to assist with all general enquiries, lost property, gift cards, the hiring of wheel chairs and mobility equipment.
We want your shopping experience to be as seamless as possible, therefore we offer free wheelchair and mobility equipment hire. Customers may book these by phone on (08) 9478 2152 or in person at the Customer Service Desk.
There is a 4-hour limit across all car bays. This allows bays to be readily available for customers.
If you shop for over 4 hours and are issued with an infringement notice, this can be appealed through Parking Enforcement Services on 1300 306 933 by presenting your receipts verifying your length of stay.
We have 80 new car bays located off Belmont Avenue near Reading Cinemas. Over 100 new car bays are available on the upper level carpark off Wright St near Coles.
