The loaded cheeseburger wrap bake is the winter dinner you didn't know you needed. Seasoned beef mince, melted mozzarella and pickles folded into crispy baked wraps until golden and bubbling. On the table in under 30 minutes — and guaranteed to get everyone talking.

Serves 3 (makes 6 triangles)

Ingredients

  • 250g lean beef mince
  • 1 tbsp burger seasoning
  • 1/2 brown onion, finely diced
  • 3 large wraps
  • 120g shredded mozzarella, divided
  • 6 pickles
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce, to serve
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds

Method

  1. Preheat your oven to180°C.
  1. Heat a non-stick pan over medium-high heat. Add the beef mince, burger seasoning and diced onion. Cook for 6–8 minutes, breaking up the mince with a wooden spoon until browned and cooked through.
  1. Cut each wrap in half to create6 semicircles.
  1. Working with one wrap half at a time, place a small handful of mozzarella in the centre, top with2½ tbsp of the beef mixture and add 1 pickle.
  1. Fold the wrap into a triangle, sealing in the filling. Repeat to make6 triangles.
  1. Arrange the triangles in a round baking dish or ovenproof pan. Sprinkle over the remaining mozzarella and sesame seeds.
  1. Bake for15 minutes, or until the cheese is golden, bubbly and the wraps are crisp around the edges.
  1. Serve with shredded lettuce and enjoy.
