On Sunday 14 April at 2pm, Seed Sister will be doing a demonstration in our Fresh Food Precinct thanks to Stay Healthy. Seed Sister focuses on packaged seed mixes which are easy to eat, all natural and boast big nutritional benefits. It feeds your body essential vitamins, minerals and amino acids.

This Easter, we're welcoming back Chef Sophie Budd from Taste Budds Cooking Studio. Sophie will be cooking in our fresh food precinct, showing you how to make some of her favourite sweet and savoury recipes using produce from Belmont Forum.
