Customer Services

A range of information and services are provided by the Customer Service  Centre, located outside of Rivers and Noni B in the Coles/Kmart mall.

These services include:

  • Purchase of Centre Gift Vouchers
  • Lost & Found register
  • Centre directory/guide
  • Store information and brochures
  • Standard wheelchair and Shop Rider hire
  • Bus timetables
  • Reading Cinema information and session timetables.

Mobility Hire

Belmont Forum also has 4 x wheelchairs (3 hour hire) and 1 x electric scooter (2 hour hire) available for hire at the Customer Service Centre.  To ensure this free service is available to you it is advisable to book in advance. contact Customer Service on 9478 2152.

 

Customer Service hours:

Monday - Wednesday & Friday 8.30am - 5.30pm

Thursday 8.30am - 9.00pm

Saturday 9.00am - 5.00pm
