Moroccan spiced prawns

INGREDIENTS
- 400g Raw prawn cutlets,
- de-veined
- 4 Tablespoons olive oil
- 1 Teaspoon cumin seeds
- 1 Teaspoon ground ginger
- Half a teaspoon turmeric
- 1 Teaspoon paprika
- 1 Red chilli, finely chopped
- 3 Cloves garlic, finely chopped
- Half a teaspoon salt or
- to taste
- Fresh lemon to serve
DIRECTIONS
- Pour oil in a small saucepan and stir in cumin seeds
- Heat oil over medium heat and cook cumin seeds until they start to pop
- Add ginger, turmeric, paprika and stir for a few seconds
- Remove saucepan from heat and add chilli garlic and salt
- Cool marinade in a bowl and coat prawns evenly
- Cook prawns on BBQ flat bed grill on medium heat for 3 minutes or until firm
- Serve with fresh lemon wedges and salad of choice
