Valentine's Day is only a week away and ladies, as excited as you are to find out what your other half has in store for you, its time to take a step back and realise, it's not all about you. Men need to be romanced too, just in a different way. Here are some suggestions to help sweep your man off his feet.

If the man in your life is anything like mine then he'll love the latest video games (EB Games). It baffles me how much time men can spend playing with their joystick! If they spent half as much time searching for the perfect Valentine's Day gift as they did searching for the enemy on the new 'Call of Duty' game we'd all be happier ladies.

Here's another no-brainer: sport. As far as gifts go, if it's sport related, it's a winner. He'll love a new cricket bat (Big W) or football (K Mart) and while he's enjoying your gifts, you can get some peace.

My last suggestion will benefit you both. Go out and buy yourself a sexy piece of lingerie (Bras 'N' Things), some new lipstick (Priceline) and a nice bottle of wine (Liquorland). That'll give him a Valentine's Day to remember.
