As I was sitting on the couch last night watching the Biggest Loser, it occurred to me that I should probably get up and do some exercise. The problem is, I've got no motivation. What's a girl to do? I know; Make weight loss fun.
Now the gym is the last place I want to work out. How anyone can focus on exercise in a room full of grunting, overly buff men is beyond me. Hello home gym! Even better, you can replace your couch with a treadmill or exercise bike (Big W) and watch your favorite TV show while you get fit. Maybe pick up the latest best seller (Dymocks) and don't stop pedaling until you've read a chapter.
Of course, eating healthy is a huge part of weight loss (pun intended). Why not get yourself a hand juicer (Harvey Norman) and make different and delicious soups with fresh veggies (Family Fresh F&V)? One of my personal favorites is cutting vegetables into fun shapes with cookie cutters (Homeart)! If that's all a bit too hard, you can always just buy a delicious fruit smoothie (Boost Juice).
So there you have it. Weight loss doesn't have to mean fun loss. And you've got nothing to lose, except a few kilos. Good Luck!
