Flourless chocolate cake hearts

INGREDIENTS
- 250g Unsalted butter
- 250g Caster sugar
- 240g Drinking chocolate
- 250g Almond meal
- Pinch of salt
- 6 Large eggs
- Extra drinking chocolate or icing sugar to dust cake
- Strawberries and cream to serve
DIRECTIONS
- In a food processor combine butter with sugar
- Add chocolate, almond meal, salt, eggs and process to a smooth batter
- Pour batter into a greased and lined 20x30 cm baking tray
- Cool
- Bake for 45 minutes
- With an 8x9 cm heart shaped pastry cutter cut out shapes
- Cover one half of heart with paper and dust
- Serve with fresh strawberries and/or cream
